You will help create and review training data for AI systems that work with energy project development and cost estimation. Your reviews should reflect real-world solar design and pre-construction practices.
The work is remote, project-based, and asynchronous. Projects may include creating expert examples, checking AI-generated responses, and explaining where content is inaccurate or irrelevant.
- Create training data from practical experience in energy project estimation, pre-construction, and solar design.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and fit with real project development and cost estimation practices.
- Use professional tools and provide clear written feedback.
- Work independently as project needs arise.
What it pays and takes
This is ongoing contract work with a flexible schedule. Participation depends on current project needs, and no prior AI experience is required.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and evaluate content. People with professional experience help check whether AI responses are accurate, useful, and consistent with real work, which makes their subject knowledge valuable to model development.
