Role overview
As a Small Business AI Response Evaluator you'll craft realistic business prompts, interact with multiple chatbots, and rate outputs against clarity, usefulness, and accuracy. This is a project-based contract, fully remote, with a defined number of evaluation tasks over 10 weeks.

What you'll do
Work through structured evaluation tasks that compare conversational outputs from multiple AI chatbots and produce final assessments and transcripts.
Create realistic, goal-oriented prompts based on small business scenarios
Carry out multi-turn interactions with AI models (up to 5 turns per conversation)
Assess responses for clarity, usefulness, and factual accuracy
Provide structured comparative feedback and evaluation ratings
Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results via provided tools
Work with spreadsheets, PDFs, images and supplied input files as part of the workflow
Requirements
We need evaluators who understand small business operations and can apply critical thinking to judge model behavior against clear guidelines.
Business ownership or demonstrated expertise in small business operations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines precisely
Comfortable interacting with AI tools and chatbots
Entry-level experience is acceptable if you can demonstrate business knowledge and attention to detail
