Senior Software Engineer for AI Data Evaluation

You will evaluate coding agents using real software engineering tasks and codebases. Your reviews will help measure implementation quality and identify where an agent's reasoning or execution fails.

• Assign coding agents software tickets and review their work like a teammate's pull request.
• Run generated code and identify incorrect, incomplete, or low-quality implementations.
• Work alongside an AI agent on engineering tasks and document problems in its reasoning or execution.
• Use software engineering judgment on difficult technical problems.
• Explain technical findings clearly and help maintain consistent quality standards.

What it pays and takes

This is an ongoing freelance contract with weekly payment. Work renews weekly while quality standards are met, and you choose your schedule within the weekly commitment.

• Pay: up to $60 per hour, paid weekly.
• Additional approved hours may be paid at up to $60 per hour for exceptional performance.
• Workload: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in India.
• Language: Strong written English with the ability to explain technical decisions precisely.
• Experience: At least four years of professional software engineering experience.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Skills: Experience with real codebases, debugging, testing, and evaluating software implementations.
