The work

You will apply senior electronics quality judgment to technical materials used in AI training. Your work will assess whether designs, assemblies, inspection results, and production documents meet practical quality and industry requirements.

  • Review PCB CAM and Gerber files for manufacturability, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 visual inspections of PCB assemblies and wire harness builds.
  • Analyze SMT and automated optical inspection defect types, including false calls and their root causes.
  • Evaluate counterfeit electronic parts using AS6081 risk indicators and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Conduct and interpret C-SAM and X-ray inspections of semiconductor packages, including die inspection.
  • Check semiconductor inspection results against MIL-STD-883 procedures.
  • Document findings clearly so technical judgments can support AI system development and evaluation.
