You will evaluate AI-generated responses and scenarios related to semiconductor and chip design. Your reviews will help AI systems learn from accurate engineering judgment and clear explanations.
- Write or improve expert responses about semiconductor and chip design.
- Review source materials and AI-generated outputs against project guidelines.
- Explain your judgments clearly so feedback can improve model behavior.
- Maintain consistent quality across repeated evaluation tasks.
What it pays and takes
This is remote, asynchronous, project-based work. You set your own schedule, and there is no minimum-hour requirement.
- Pay: Up to $120 per hour.
- Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on industry experience in chip design, semiconductor engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Education: An MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Prior AI training experience is not required.

About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that generate and evaluate text, images, code, and other outputs. Engineers and other specialists review examples, explain what is correct, and provide feedback that helps AI systems improve.
