The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking an expert Salesforce or HubSpot Administrator with SaaS CRM and revenue operations experience. You will work with complex revenue-stack scenarios involving contradictory rules, obsolete automations, duplicate customer identities, inconsistent permissions, and unresolved operational grey areas.
The role requires strong operational judgment, excellent data accuracy and reporting skills, and the ability to explain why one policy or system state should take precedence over another. You will also help create precise operational prompts and evaluate responses related to real-world SaaS data situations.
- Role type: Contractor and part-time
- Experience level: Expert
- Primary working language: English
- Native or bilingual English proficiency required
- Subject matter focus: SaaS CRM and revenue operations
What You'll Do
You will audit CRM and integrated revenue systems to identify contradictions, obsolete policies, duplicate records, and operational inconsistencies. Your work will focus on clarifying the intended state across platforms and documenting decisions in a way that is accurate, practical, and easy to apply.
You will also assess how proposed changes could affect connected tools and contribute recommendations for sustainable CRM governance in a SaaS environment.
- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies
- Analyze policy conflicts and determine which business rules should take precedence
- Draft precise operational prompts for complex SaaS data scenarios
- Assess and reconcile underlying data across platforms
- Document recommended changes and areas intentionally left unchanged

- Contribute insights on system design, optimization, and CRM governance
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
This project is designed for an experienced CRM administrator or implementation specialist who has independently led substantial CRM work and can reason clearly about business rules, system data, and operational tradeoffs. Practical build experience is prioritized over certifications.
You should be comfortable documenting technical reasoning and operational policy decisions in excellent professional English, both written and verbal.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation experience
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms
- Track record of independently led implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts
- Experience configuring fields, flows, validation rules, objects, and permission sets
- Working knowledge of at least two related systems, such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration middleware
- Comfort with SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system data reconciliation
