About This Role

You will review end-to-end revenue cycle strategy, operational improvement plans, payer reimbursement logic, KPI definitions, and provide structured strategic feedback used to train AI systems.
This is a remote contract role for experienced revenue cycle leaders. You will annotate outputs with evaluation ratings and RLHF-style feedback, judge feasibility and accuracy, and collaborate with clinical, finance, compliance, and IT perspectives when needed.
Pay: $162 USD per hour
Time: 20+ hours per week (contract, part-time)
Location: United States (remote)
Languages: English (executive-level written and verbal)
Label types: Evaluation rating and RLHF-style structured feedback
What You'll Do
Your work centers on reviewing AI-generated recommendations and scoring them for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment to enterprise financial goals. Tasks are text-focused and require executive-level judgment across the revenue cycle.

Requirements
You must be an experienced revenue cycle leader with the ability to evaluate complex operational recommendations and provide clear, actionable feedback. The role requires deep domain knowledge and comfort working independently in a remote contracting arrangement.
Senior revenue cycle leadership experience across patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections
Deep knowledge of front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle operations
Experience with managed care contracting, payer relations, and reimbursement optimization
Financial acumen including P&L, budget oversight, and performance reporting
Familiarity with RCM technology platforms, large-scale EHR implementations, and AI-generated strategy content
Executive-level written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet 20+ hours/week as a remote contractor
How It Works
Assignments are text-based evaluations and RLHF-style annotations. You will read AI outputs, score or rate them, and add structured comments that train models to produce better revenue cycle advice. Work is delivered through OpenTrain's project interface and follows clear labeling guidelines.
Expect a short onboarding and calibration phase where your annotations are reviewed for consistency. After calibration you can accept tasks aligned with your availability and expertise.
Apply through your OpenTrain account and complete onboarding and calibration tasks
