Pay, schedule, and requirements

• Pay: $80 to $120 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe.
• Hours: 20+ hours per week, with no fixed schedule.
• Location: Fully remote; open to candidates licensed in at least one U.S. state.
• Work arrangement: Part-time independent contractor role; fully asynchronous.
• Required: An active real estate broker license in at least one U.S. state.
• Required: At least two years of residential or commercial transaction experience.
• Required: Strong knowledge of contracts, disclosures, agency obligations, and negotiation, plus clear written English.
• Helpful: Managing broker or brokerage ownership experience, experience in both residential and commercial transactions, or licenses or practice experience in multiple states.
