The Radiology Imaging Workflow Reviewer Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Radiology Imaging Workflow Reviewer to assess medical imaging records and workflow evidence for AI training and evaluation. You will use Visage 7 concepts and related imaging-system context to determine what a current study confirms, what comes from prior reports, and whether a case is ready for the next reviewer or final sign-off.
The work includes current and recently completed professional use of Visage 7, along with careful review of patient and study histories, report status, DICOM metadata, protocol configuration, structured decision-support tools, and audit trails.

What You’ll Do
You will compare recorded findings with the available study evidence and document conclusions clearly for subsequent reviewers. Your assessments should make open items, workflow status, and compliance-relevant outcomes easy to understand and audit.
You will also evaluate the difference between working measurements or annotations and entries in signed, finalized reports. The role requires tracking a study through its lifecycle, from worklists and interpretation through report generation, signing, and addenda.
Review findings in patient and study records for accuracy and support
Use structured tools such as TI-RADS and O-RADS to grade findings
Document appropriate follow-up recommendations
Distinguish preliminary measurements and annotations from signed final reports
Assess study status across worklists, interpretation, report generation, signing, and addenda
Check protocol, hanging-protocol, and DICOM metadata context
Record conclusions, open items, and compliance-relevant outcomes
Explain why a finding, status, or recommendation is supported by the available evidence
Required Qualifications and Experience
This role is listed at the entry level, while its specialized requirements call for meaningful professional imaging experience. You must have used Visage 7 at least weekly in a current or recent professional role and have at least two years of experience in radiology, medical imaging, or a related clinical-imaging function.
A relevant clinical degree or certification, such as radiology board certification or ARRT, is expected. Equivalent hands-on PACS and imaging experience may also qualify.
