The role

You will work as a QuickBooks Accounting Specialist focused on reviewing accounting workflows, validating financial data, and identifying inconsistencies that affect training data quality. The work centers on QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop and involves document review and evaluation-rating tasks to improve automated systems.

Labeling work type: document review (data type: DOCUMENT) with evaluation/rating judgments (label type: EVALUATION_RATING).

What you'll do

Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on accounting review and quality assurance of financial records in QuickBooks. You will rate, validate, and flag issues that help train and evaluate AI systems designed to understand accounting data.

  • Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop in daily workflows
  • Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Generate and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors
  • Identify accounting errors and workflow issues that affect data quality

Requirements

You must have hands-on QuickBooks experience plus a bookkeeping or accounting background. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential because you will be rating and validating financial documents that feed AI training pipelines.

  • Hands-on QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop experience
  • Bookkeeping or accounting background with financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Ability to review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Strong attention to detail when identifying accounting errors and workflow issues
  • Experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, finance professional, or small business owner preferred
  • Experience managing multiple clients or business entities is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices is a plus
