You will support AI agent infrastructure and training data development. Depending on the project, you may build Python backends that reproduce the behavior of common software tools or create and review realistic long-horizon tasks and scoring guides for AI agents.
- Build Python backend applications that reproduce tools such as Slack, Linear, Jira, Notion, Gmail, and wikis.
- Extend existing software integrations and create new ones within agreed milestones.
- Test and validate integrations so they accurately reflect the systems being reproduced.
- Study data and workflows to find opportunities for realistic long-horizon task development.
- Write tasks and check their realism, quality, and correctness through structured quality assurance.
- Create scoring guides that distinguish correct, partly correct, and deficient work.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot during development, review, and validation.
- Take part in calibration and quality reviews while meeting the expected quality standard.

About AI Training Work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples, including code, written tasks, and evaluations. Backend developers help create the tools and reliable tests used to build and assess AI agents.
