Python Backend AI Agent Engineer

You will support AI training focused on backend development for AI agents. The work combines Python programming knowledge with careful review, clear written feedback, and consistent use of project guidelines.

• Write or improve expert responses about Python backend AI agent development.
• Explain your reasoning clearly in written feedback.
• Review source materials and AI model outputs against project guidelines.
• Explain your judgments so feedback can help improve model behavior.
• Maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contract role open worldwide. Prior AI training experience is not required, but you should have relevant professional or academic knowledge of AI agent backend development.

• $300 per completed and approved task.
• At least one completed and approved task per day.
• No cap on tasks while the available task pipeline lasts.
• 20 or more hours per week.
• Open worldwide.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong written communication and close attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply review criteria consistently.
• Comfort working independently on remote contract tasks.
