The Work

You will lead quality reviews of Python code and related explanations used in AI training projects. You will assess work from contributors, trainers, and reviewers against project guidelines and rubrics.

The role covers code correctness, runtime behavior, debugging, readability, performance, security awareness, test coverage, formatting, and instruction-following. You will also help improve the review process and communicate clear Python quality standards.

  • Review Python code, backend snippets, automation scripts, tests, debugging responses, and technical explanations.
  • Identify incorrect logic, code that cannot run, unsafe operations, inefficient algorithms, fabricated APIs, and incomplete explanations.
  • Spot-check submissions, document quality issues, provide precise written feedback, and escalate recurring or critical problems.
  • Answer questions about Python syntax, testing, packages, typing, security, and performance.
  • Create and maintain style guides, FAQs, examples, trackers, onboarding materials, and other documentation.
  • Support contributor onboarding and training while identifying recurring quality gaps and workflow improvements.
