You will build and evaluate software and workflows used to develop AI agents. You may focus on backend connectors that replicate SaaS tools or on realistic long-horizon tasks and the standards used to evaluate them.
- Build Python backend applications that replicate tools such as Slack, Linear, Jira, Notion, Gmail, and wikis.
- Extend existing connectors and create new connectors within agreed delivery timeframes.
- Test and validate connector behavior so each implementation faithfully matches the intended system.
- Study data and workflows to identify ideas for long-horizon tasks.
- Write realistic tasks and check their quality, realism, and correctness through structured quality assurance.
- Create rubrics that distinguish correct, partly correct, and deficient work.
- Use AI coding assistants during development, quality assurance, and validation.
- Take part in calibration and quality reviews.
