The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Program Management AI Work Evaluator to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in program management and implementation planning. You will determine whether these work products are accurate, rigorous, well structured, visually effective, and professionally presented.
This is a remote, hourly engagement focused on producing reliable quality feedback for AI-generated business artifacts. You will use domain-specific quality rubrics and informed professional judgment to distinguish substantive issues from minor formatting concerns.

What You'll Do
You will review AI-generated program management and implementation-planning artifacts against applicable quality standards. Your evaluations should be consistent, well reasoned, and clearly communicated through organized written feedback.
Evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and rigor
Identify factual errors and weaknesses in program management content
Assess structure, clarity, aesthetics, and professional presentation
Distinguish substantive quality issues from minor formatting concerns
Apply domain-specific quality rubrics when grading AI outputs
Provide clear, detailed, and structured written feedback
Use professional judgment to support reliable evaluation results
Requirements
This role requires substantial practical experience in program management or implementation planning, along with strong document and presentation evaluation skills. You must be able to make detailed judgments about business work products and explain those judgments clearly in writing.
Five or more years of professional experience in program management or implementation planning
Native or professional fluency in English
Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong working knowledge of Google Slides or PowerPoint
Ability to assess AI-generated artifacts for factual accuracy, rigor, and domain quality
Ability to identify aesthetic and presentation issues in business materials
Ability to provide clear, structured written feedback grounded in quality rubrics
Preferred Background
An advanced degree, such as a master's degree or higher from a reputable institution, is preferred for this opportunity. The role is especially suited to professionals who can combine program management expertise with careful written analysis and visual quality judgment.
