The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a professional document and AI output evaluator to help train and assess frontier AI models. You will work across everyday professional materials, including documents, presentation slides, spreadsheets, and other written work.

This is an entry-level, part-time contractor opportunity for capable generalists who can apply sound judgment across varied subject areas. Prior AI or machine-learning experience is not required.

What You'll Do

You will review professional materials and compare AI-generated outputs against defined criteria. The work requires careful reading, independent judgment, and clear written explanations of your ratings and conclusions.

• Evaluate documents, slides, spreadsheets, and similar materials for quality and correctness
• Assess accuracy, clarity, completeness, reasoning quality, and formatting consistency
• Compare and rank AI-generated outputs using defined evaluation criteria
• Provide clear, well-reasoned written feedback and ratings
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, omissions, and gaps in reasoning or presentation
• Apply consistent judgment across varied professional subject matter

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required. You should be comfortable evaluating common professional work products and explaining your reasoning clearly in written English.

Candidates must be eligible to work remotely from the United Kingdom. The role expects independent work with common productivity tools, including documents, presentation software, and spreadsheets.
