The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Product Management AI Work Product Evaluator to assess AI-generated product management documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will judge the accuracy, rigor, reasoning, and overall domain quality of each work product against product management-specific quality rubrics.

This is a remote, hourly contractor engagement requiring 20 or more hours per week. Compensation ranges from $80 to $120 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will review AI-generated product management artifacts and provide consistent, clearly explained evaluations. Your feedback will help identify weaknesses and support improvements in the quality of AI-generated professional work.

• Evaluate product management documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Assess outputs for factual accuracy, sound reasoning, and professional quality
• Apply domain-specific quality rubrics consistently
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors
• Grade AI-generated work using informed subject-matter judgment
• Write clear, structured feedback explaining evaluation decisions and issues

Requirements

This opportunity requires substantial professional product management experience and the ability to assess practical work products against clear standards. Strong communication and office productivity skills are essential.

• At least five years of relevant experience in product management, roadmap development, or product requirements documents
• Native or professional fluency in English
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Practical expertise using Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Ability to assess AI-generated product documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and rigor
• Ability to identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors using quality rubrics
• Ability to communicate evaluation decisions through clear, structured written feedback

Preferred Background

An advanced degree, such as a master's degree or higher from a reputable institution, is preferred for this work.
