About AI training and this work

This specific role centers on evaluating AI-generated business artifacts for accuracy, rigor, presentation quality, and domain fit—work that directly shapes how AI systems perform in procurement and vendor management contexts.

The role

You will remotely evaluate AI-generated procurement and vendor management documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against structured quality rubrics, assign evaluation ratings, and provide concise, well-evidenced written rationales. Your judgments will focus on factual accuracy, presentation and aesthetic quality, and domain rigor.

This is a contractor, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week. Labeling work is centered on document-style artifacts (DOCUMENT) and uses evaluation-rating label types to score outputs.

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI-generated business artifacts using domain-specific quality rubrics and assign structured ratings (evaluation_rating).
• Spot factual errors, inconsistencies, and domain gaps in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Assess presentation, layout, and aesthetic issues in slide decks and reports.
• Write clear, structured rationales explaining each rating with evidence and actionable feedback.
• Apply procurement and vendor management expertise to judge vendor-related recommendations, sourcing logic, cost analysis, and contract-related content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in procurement or vendor management (required).
• Native or professional fluency in English (required).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint or Google Slides (required).
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks and judge factual accuracy and presentation quality (required).
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and experience writing concise, evidence-backed rationales (required).
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience grading or reviewing work for accuracy, rigor, and presentation quality is helpful.

Compensation, schedule, and contract

Pay is hourly, USD $80–$120/hour (typical rate listed $120/hr). This is a contractor, part-time role with a minimum expectation of 20+ hours per week.

Open to applicants worldwide; work is fully remote. You will be engaged as a contractor and paid per hour for evaluation tasks.
