Work is part of the growing human side of AI—your evaluations directly shape how models behave.
About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is how people teach models to perform reliably. Tasks include evaluating outputs, applying quality rubrics, and providing corrective feedback that improves future generations of model output.
100% remote—work from anywhere with a computer and internet.
Flexible, part-time-friendly work that can fit around other commitments.
Accessible roles: many projects value domain judgment and attention to detail over formal AI experience.
The Role
We are hiring an experienced Process Improvement / SOPs Evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will assess outputs against domain-specific quality rubrics, find factual and presentation issues, and provide clear, structured written feedback that helps improve future work.
Contractor, part-time role with a 20+ hours/week expectation.
Workwide and remote; professional English fluency required.
Labeling task type: evaluation/rating of text outputs and presentations.
What You'll Do
Use your process improvement and SOP expertise to judge the quality of AI-generated deliverables and communicate actionable feedback. Evaluations must be grounded in provided rubrics and delivered clearly in writing.
Evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against project rubrics.
Identify factual errors, issues in rigor, and aesthetic or presentation problems.
Write clear, structured feedback that pinpoints problems and suggests improvements.
Apply subject-matter judgment in contexts involving process improvement and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
You must bring demonstrable experience and the software skills needed to inspect and critique office deliverables thoroughly.
5+ years of relevant professional experience in process improvement or SOPs (required).
Native or professional fluency in English for precise written feedback (required).
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Strong attention to detail and solid judgment on factual accuracy, rigor, and presentation quality.
Ability to apply domain-specific quality rubrics consistently across outputs.
Helpful Background & Who Should Apply
This role is aimed at seasoned process improvement professionals, technical editors, or consultants who routinely evaluate SOPs, business processes, or formal deliverables. An advanced degree (master's or higher) is noted as helpful but not mandatory.
Ideal if you have a background in process documentation, QA, compliance, or management consulting.
Good fit for people who enjoy critical review, clear written communication, and improving how work gets done.

After you create an OpenTrain account and complete your profile, you can apply for this contract. Work is paid hourly with evaluations completed according to project guidelines and supplied rubrics. Expect to work 20+ hours per week as a contractor; schedule is flexible within project needs.
