The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Process Improvement and SOPs Evaluator to assess work products generated by AI systems. You will review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, rigor, and overall domain quality using defined, domain-specific rubrics.

This is a fully remote, hourly contractor engagement available worldwide. The role requires 20 or more hours per week and pays $80 to $120 per hour. No previous AI training experience is required because your process improvement and standard operating procedures expertise is the primary qualification.

What You'll Do

You will apply your professional judgment to evaluate AI-generated artifacts and explain where they meet or miss the required quality standard. Your feedback will help improve the performance and consistency of AI models.

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual errors and issues with aesthetics, formatting, or presentation.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise in process improvement and standard operating procedures.
• Assess content for quality, consistency, accuracy, and domain rigor.

Requirements

This opportunity is designed for professionals with substantial experience in process improvement or standard operating procedures. You should be comfortable reviewing business materials in detail, applying defined evaluation criteria, and communicating findings in precise written English.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in process improvement or SOPs.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong experience with Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for quality and consistency.
• Ability to review documents, spreadsheets, and presentations against detailed rubrics.

Helpful Background

An advanced degree, such as a master's degree or higher from a reputable institution, in a related field is helpful but not required in the provided role requirements.
