The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Spreadsheet QA and Workbook Maintenance Evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in AI training workflows. You will apply detailed, domain-specific quality rubrics and determine whether each artifact meets standards for factual correctness, rigor, aesthetics, formatting, structure, and presentation.
This contractor role is open worldwide and requires professional or native English fluency. Compensation is $80 to $120 per hour, with a stated rate of $120 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will evaluate AI-generated work products carefully and provide clear, structured feedback that explains the issues you identify. Your reviews should make well-supported judgments against the applicable quality standards.
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Apply domain-specific quality rubrics
- Check factual accuracy, rigor, and overall domain quality
- Identify aesthetic, formatting, structural, and presentation issues
- Assess whether each artifact meets relevant quality standards
- Write clear, structured feedback explaining identified problems
Requirements
Applicants should have at least five years of relevant professional experience in spreadsheet quality assurance or workbook maintenance. You must be comfortable making detailed, well-supported judgments about AI-generated artifacts and communicating those judgments in writing.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required, especially Google Slides or PowerPoint. Professional or native English fluency is also required.
