OpenTrain AI is the hiring and contracting organization for this role. We connect people with specialized, remote AI training projects that pay competitively and support flexible schedules.
Why AI Training Matters
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human work that teaches modern models how to read, reason, and protect privacy. Contributors annotate documents, validate data, and audit outputs so AI systems behave reliably in high-stakes settings like legal and compliance workflows.
This work is remote-friendly, often part-time, and accessible: many projects value careful judgment and domain knowledge over formal degrees.

This role is entry level but expects practical experience in legal document review, eDiscovery, or similar legal operations. The position is contract, part-time (20+ hours/week), worldwide, and pays USD $105–$140 per hour.
