The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a PowerPoint Presentation AI Evaluation Specialist to review and refine prompts and enterprise presentations used to create accurate, high-quality data for business audiences. This contractor role combines presentation expertise, business judgment, and structured content evaluation.

You will assess whether slides and related prompt content are clear, relevant, logically organized, visually consistent, and aligned with professional standards and business objectives. You will also edit and rewrite content while preserving its intended message.

What You'll Do

You will evaluate both the substance and presentation quality of enterprise-level PowerPoint materials. The work requires careful attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to make sound decisions efficiently under deadlines.

You will transform complex information into clear, visually compelling, well-structured presentations for executive and business audiences while maintaining the original purpose and message.

Requirements

You should have strong experience creating, editing, formatting, and reviewing polished enterprise PowerPoint presentations for business and executive audiences. You must be able to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and professionally in writing.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field is appropriate. Although the role is listed as entry level, helpful background includes at least three years of presentation experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or a similar professional environment.
