The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Political Science and Policy Analysis AI Task Reviewer to create, evaluate, and improve difficult tasks representing the work of political scientists and policy analysts. You will research political systems, assess public policies, interpret evidence, develop practical recommendations, and review task solutions against rigorous quality standards.

What You'll Do

You will assess policy questions and contributor responses for analytical accuracy, practical judgment, and alignment with evaluation guidance. The work includes examining regulatory proposals and existing regulations, weighing stakeholder interests, and identifying issues that require expert clarification.

  • Analyze the economic, social, legal, and operational effects of regulations
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and translate competing interests into practical recommendations
  • Review and calibrate contributor work while maintaining day-to-day quality
  • Escalate genuine edge cases and ambiguities in evaluation rubrics to the appropriate expert lead
  • Interpret complex evidence and communicate clear recommendations to decision-makers

Requirements
