AI training (data labeling or annotation) is the human side of building modern AI systems. Contributors create, review, and rate examples—text, translations, or responses—that teach models how to understand and generate language.
This role focuses on evaluating AI-generated Polish content and the work of trainers and QAs so Polish-language outputs are accurate, natural, and culturally appropriate.
Play a direct role in how Polish-language AI behaves and communicates.
Work is typically rubric-driven and relies on clear, consistent feedback and documentation.
The role
As a Polish Quality Assurance Lead you will oversee quality, consistency, and contributor performance across Polish AI training projects. You will review AI-generated Polish content and trainer or QA submissions, provide precise written feedback, maintain project documentation, and help scale QA processes.
This is a contract, part-time role with a target of 20+ hours per week. The role is remote and limited to candidates located in Poland.

What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities focus on quality review, documentation, communication, and process improvement to keep Polish training data accurate and natural.
Review AI-generated Polish content and trainer/QA submissions for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, formatting, and instruction-following.
Provide ongoing written feedback to contributors, communicate project updates, and escalate recurring or critical quality issues.
Support onboarding and training for trainers and QAs; align contributors on project expectations and Polish-specific style.
Identify recurring quality gaps and propose workflow or rubric improvements to build scalable QA processes.
Help activate or coach contributors who are not working consistently.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the language, experience, and tooling expectations listed below. Every requirement is important for effective Polish-language QA work.
Native or near-native Polish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
Strong English skills for project communication and written feedback.
Experience in Polish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
Deep knowledge of Polish grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, tone, register, declension, gender agreement, word order, and cultural context.
Comfort working with remote teams and tools such as Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain quality documentation and follow detailed rubrics.
Helpful background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
Experience with AI training, large language models, prompt or response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA.
