The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a PII Document Review Analyst to review transformed datasets and documents. You will assess whether personally identifiable information has been properly redacted or anonymized, verify that privacy standards are applied consistently, and provide clear feedback when sensitive details are missed or mishandled.

The work emphasizes qualitative review, privacy judgment, careful evaluation of sensitive information, and discretion when handling confidential material.

What You'll Do

You will conduct both spot-checks and detailed document reviews using provided tools and templates. Your findings will help identify missed or improperly handled sensitive information and support consistent data quality and privacy practices.

Requirements

This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual professional with relevant experience reviewing legal or other sensitive documents. You should understand personally identifiable information and data privacy regulations, and be able to apply privacy standards consistently across detailed reviews.

• Understanding of personally identifiable information and data privacy regulations
