Create realistic clinical scenarios and write reference answers that explain the reasoning behind decisions. You will also review AI responses for clinical accuracy and patient safety.

• Write scenarios from the patient’s presentation through workup and care plan.
• Explain clinical decisions, weigh possible diagnoses, and identify red flags.
• Grade AI responses for diagnostic accuracy, alignment with guidelines, and patient safety.
• Flag plausible-sounding advice that could harm a patient or clinical errors that require professional judgment.

What it pays and takes

• Pay: $80 to $120 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe.
• Workload: At least 10 hours per week; ongoing project work with a flexible, asynchronous schedule and no fixed hours.
• Location: Fully remote; open to candidates in eligible countries for this role.
• Required: Current PA-C certification through NCCPA in good standing and an active state PA license.
• Required: At least 2 years of clinical practice beyond PA school rotations.
• Required: Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning.
• Contract type: Independent contractor.
• The role does not use screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle timers.
