The work

You will assess whether AI systems use connected productivity-app information to produce responses that are relevant, accurate, helpful, and appropriately personalized. You will review professional email history and business account activity while following confidentiality requirements.

You will compare response options, check whether retrieved context supports the answer, and explain your decisions in clear written feedback.

• Rate AI-generated responses against relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization standards.
• Check whether retrieved context is appropriate and supported by connected account information.
• Compare multiple responses and select the one that gives the stronger overall user experience.
• Find subtle inconsistencies, incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, and irrelevant recommendations.
• Write detailed, well-reasoned feedback while following evaluation guidelines and privacy requirements.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement for contributors based in Australia. The work may last up to 16 weeks, and the schedule includes required overlap with Pacific Time.

• Hours: At least four hours per day, with a commitment of 20 or more hours per week and up to 40 hours per week.

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.

• Equipment: A desktop or laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Privacy: You must be willing to connect supported apps and follow required privacy and confidentiality practices.
• App use: You should actively use common productivity or consumer apps and have enough account history to support personalized prompts.
