You will help improve AI systems that answer passport questions. You will review sample questions, create standards for strong answers, and assess whether generated responses are accurate, complete, useful, and consistent with current guidance.
- Review passport questions and identify requests that do not reflect realistic applicant needs.
- Create rubrics for applications, renewals, replacements, forms, fees, and processing options.
- Define standards for identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers and flag errors, missing information, and outdated guidance.
- Provide clear written feedback while working asynchronously.
