The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Operations, Inventory, and Capacity Planning AI Evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will assess each artifact for accuracy, rigor, domain quality, and presentation using domain-specific quality standards.

This is a worldwide, remote contractor engagement requiring 20 or more hours per week. Compensation is $80-$120 per hour.

What You’ll Do

You will combine subject-matter expertise with careful evaluation to determine whether AI-generated work is accurate, well reasoned, professionally presented, and aligned with the applicable rubric. Your written feedback should be clear, structured, and consistent.

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics
  • Assess whether outputs demonstrate sound reasoning in operations, inventory, and capacity planning
  • Identify factual errors and weaknesses in aesthetics, formatting, and presentation
  • Review operational documents, planning analyses, spreadsheets, and executive presentations when applicable
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback
  • Apply quality standards consistently across evaluation tasks

Requirements

This role requires substantial professional experience in operations, inventory, or capacity planning, along with the ability to evaluate business artifacts against rigorous quality standards. Strong communication and careful judgment are essential.

  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in operations, inventory, or capacity planning
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • High proficiency with Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
  • Strong judgment when identifying factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors
  • Strong written communication skills

Preferred Background

An advanced degree, such as a master’s degree or higher, from a reputable institution is preferred. Experience preparing or reviewing operational documents, planning analyses, spreadsheets, or executive presentations is also helpful.
