About this type of AI training work
AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human feedback) is the human side of making AI useful. For this role you'll combine no-code workflow design and hands-on evaluation to create reliable business automations and to generate, challenge, and assess AI outputs that interact with those workflows.
This work is ideal if you enjoy translating business logic into technical flows, testing edge cases, and writing clear documentation that helps both humans and models learn how systems should behave.
The role
We are seeking a No-Code Automation Specialist experienced with Zapier and/or Make.com to build, test, and refine automation workflows used to train and evaluate AI systems. You will collaborate with project leads to create prompts, define triggers/actions, design branching logic, and ensure accurate data flow across multi-step integrations.
This is a contractor, part-time role (20+ hours/week) focused on text-based tasks and programming-style labeling for automation logic. You will review AI outputs, improve solution reliability and efficiency, and sometimes implement no-code or low-code API integrations.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and optimize multi-step workflows in Zapier and/or Make.com that model real business processes.
- Create prompts and challenge scenarios for AI about triggers, actions, filters, branching, and integrations.
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, and legal-reasoning quality; provide rubric-based QA feedback.
- Annotate and review text outputs, mark errors, and recommend improvements to prompts and workflow logic.
- Document workflows, test cases, edge cases, and integration behavior in clear written form.
- Implement occasional no-code/low-code API integrations and AI-powered workflow steps where required.
Requirements
You must meet these essential requirements to be considered.
- 2+ years hands-on experience building automations with Zapier and/or Make.com.
- Experience building end-to-end automations across business functions (e.g., sales, ops, support).
- Hands-on text annotation, evaluation, or rubric-based QA experience.
- Experience evaluating LLM outputs for legal reasoning quality (explicit requirement).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation logic and written documentation.
- English writing proficiency at B2+ level; CV must state your English level and include email and phone number.
- Available for 20+ hours per week; work is contractor, part-time and remote.
- Familiarity with adding AI steps/enrichments or LLM integrations is a plus (not required).
Who should apply
Apply if you are a practical automation builder who combines no-code tool fluency with careful, rubric-driven review of AI outputs — especially candidates with legal-reasoning evaluation experience.
Ideal applicants are detail-oriented, can communicate technical logic in plain English, and enjoy documenting and testing workflow behaviors so both humans and models perform reliably.
How to apply & important details
To apply, submit a CV in English that states your English proficiency level and includes your email address and phone number. Preserve any required details about your Zapier/Make.com experience and examples of automations you've built.
