You will turn realistic mobile engineering problems into coding tasks for AI models. Your tasks may cover bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, application state, lifecycle behavior, debugging, and performance improvements.
You will work with suitable mobile repositories and may focus on cross-platform, iOS, or Android development based on your expertise. Each task must show expected behavior, run in a reproducible environment, and include a correct reference implementation.
- Create technically demanding mobile coding tasks for AI training.
- Build reproducible environments for each task.
- Write deterministic checks that accept correct solutions and reject incomplete, incorrect, or hard-coded approaches.
- Provide a reference solution that demonstrates a correct implementation across valid approaches.
- Design tasks involving debugging, features, state management, application lifecycle, and performance.
What it pays and takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role. The role is listed at entry level, while the work requires significant hands-on mobile development experience and strong technical skills.
- Pay: $50 to $100 per hour equivalent, paid per task that meets the project specifications.
- Time: Approximately 15 hours per week, with a less-than-20-hours-per-week schedule.
- Payment: Output-based, with minimum weekly submission requirements.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Location: Open to candidates in the countries specified for this role; this is not a worldwide role.
- Experience: Significant hands-on expertise in at least one relevant mobile development track.
- Technical skills: TypeScript or JavaScript with React Native, Dart with Flutter, Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit, or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose or the Android View system.
- Required knowledge: Mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
- You must be able to debug complex mobile applications, improve performance, create reproducible technical tasks, and build reliable deterministic validation.
- Helpful experience includes maintaining mobile repositories, designing reliable test environments, and evaluating multiple valid software implementations.
