You will support an AI training project by analyzing and segmenting medical images in 3D Slicer. The work includes creating accurate masks, 3D models, and visual outputs, then explaining the workflow clearly.
- Analyze and segment CT, MRI, DICOM, and other medical imaging datasets.
- Create and edit segmentation masks, 3D models, and volume renderings.
- Perform image annotation, visualization, and quality checks.
- Complete advanced 3D Slicer workflows and explain each step clearly.
- Write detailed instructions and prompts for medical imaging workflows.
What it pays and takes
This is a remote contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule and project duration. The engagement details will be confirmed for the project.
