What You'll Do

You will translate professional marketing standards into clear evaluation frameworks, then apply those frameworks carefully across a range of deliverables. Written reasoning is an important part of the work, because each score should be understandable, consistent, and supported by evidence.

  • Evaluate completed work samples against those rubrics
  • Write clear reasoning to support evaluation decisions
  • Judge whether work meets a business objective and creative brief
  • Apply consistent standards so results are reproducible and defensible

  • Experience evaluating creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning, and ad copy
  • Background as a creative director, account lead, brand strategist, or senior brand marketer
  • Fluency in creative briefs, campaign development, brand positioning, and messaging
