The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Marketing Strategy AI Trainer to create, evaluate, and refine complex marketing tasks that improve AI-generated strategic recommendations. You will assess whether outputs are strategically sound, relevant to customers, analytically rigorous, and commercially practical.
The work spans diverse markets and customer segments. You will use expertise in positioning, segmentation, campaign planning, channel optimization, performance measurement, experimentation, attribution, customer insights, and budget allocation.

What You’ll Do
You will develop expert marketing tasks and solutions that meet defined quality standards, then review and improve marketing outputs through an iterative evaluation process. Calibration feedback will help guide refinements and maintain consistent quality.
Develop strategies across brand, product, growth, digital, content, paid media, lifecycle, partnership, and offline channels
Evaluate recommendations for strategic soundness and customer relevance
Assess analytical rigor, commercial practicality, and functional quality
Apply expertise in attribution, experimentation, customer insights, campaign ROI, and resource allocation
Incorporate calibration feedback into iterative improvements
Required Qualifications
You should have 8 to 15 years of experience in brand, product, growth, or integrated marketing, including leadership responsibilities. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
