About AI training work
AI training (data labeling/annotation) is the human side of building intelligent systems — people prepare, review, and score real examples so models learn correct, useful behavior. This role applies business strategy skills to create high-quality, structured outputs that train and evaluate generative models and decision-making flows.
The role
OpenTrain is hiring a remote contractor to review business materials and produce strategy deliverables used for AI training. You will create executive presentations, market analyses, financial models, rubrics, and structured critiques that convert complex business content into clear, decision-ready inputs for models and human reviewers.
