In this role, OpenTrain AI is hiring and contracting with an experienced logistics professional to help assess AI-generated operational tools and workflows.
AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Experts review examples, test generated outputs, and provide structured feedback that helps AI systems become more accurate and useful.
This opportunity applies that work to logistics and supply chain operations, including routing, dispatch, scheduling, inventory, capacity, service levels, and delivery costs.
OpenTrain is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain AI Evaluation Expert to ground language model initiatives in real-world field operations and fleet dispatch practices. You will evaluate and refine AI-generated tools so that routing, scheduling, inventory, assignment, service-level, and delivery-cost logic meets professional logistics standards.
The work also involves translating operational constraints into deterministic spreadsheet logic and dependable AI workflows. Helpful experience includes AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or another analytical role.
You will define operational requirements, validate logistics materials, review AI-generated decisions, and provide quality sign-off against established logistics and field-operations practices.
This role requires substantial hands-on experience in logistics, fleet dispatch, supply chain management, or field-service operations. You should be comfortable converting practical dispatch rules into structured formulas, constraints, and validation systems.
Apply if you have professional experience managing or evaluating real-world logistics operations and can explain how routing, dispatch, inventory, capacity, and delivery economics should work. The role is especially suited to practitioners who can combine operational judgment with precise spreadsheet and workflow logic.
Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is useful, but the core requirement is strong logistics and field-operations expertise.
