The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Chinese LLM Training Analyst to perform analytical content analysis and scenario creation for fine-tuning large language models. You will work with English and Chinese content, investigate claims, create training examples, and assess the quality of model responses.

What You'll Do

You will turn complex source material into clear, structured training content and use careful reasoning to evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of language model outputs.

  • Read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks.
  • Conduct online research to validate claims and facts within content.
  • Create analytical scenarios and questions for large language model training.
  • Solve puzzles and provide correct answers with detailed explanations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and annotations to improve model responses.
  • Analyze content and model performance in both English and Chinese.

Requirements
