The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking an intermediate LLM model trainer to support a medical scoring system project. You will collect urine output and serum creatinine data points from the MIMIC 4 database and use Med-PaLM 2 or BioBERT to support training a model designed to predict the occurrence of an event.

What You'll Do

The core assignment involves identifying and collecting the specified clinical data points from the medical database, then applying them to the model-training workflow for the medical scoring system. Requirements
