Legal AI Task Evaluation Lead

As a Legal AI Task Evaluation Lead, you will guide Pod Leaders who create, review, and improve difficult legal tasks used to train AI systems. You will help make sure outputs are accurate, clear, logically sound, useful in practice, and consistent with professional legal standards.

The role combines advanced legal judgment with quality leadership. You will support team development through clear communication, active listening, appropriate autonomy, and effective use of individual strengths.

• Lead and guide Pod Leaders working on legal task development and evaluation.
• Review legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, and practical usefulness.
• Set consistent quality standards for expert-level legal training tasks.
• Use integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and a forward-looking approach when assessing work.
• Support legal professionals and explain why an output meets or falls short of professional standards.

What It Pays and Takes
