About AI Training Work

AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human side of building AI: people review model outputs, rate responses, and correct code or text so models learn to produce better results.

The Role

You will review AI-generated prompts and responses about Laravel Livewire and evaluate them for correctness, clarity, and best practices. You will also act as an AI interviewer, conducting structured technical interviews that assess candidates' Livewire expertise and communication skills.

This is a part-time contractor role: under 20 hours per week, paid hourly at $20 USD. Work is remote and open worldwide.

• Primary focus: verify code correctness, readability, efficiency, and alignment with Laravel/Livewire best practices.
• Secondary focus: run interviews using a scripted structure, evaluate answers, and provide concise written assessments.

What You'll Do

Tasks combine hands-on code review with interviewing and writing clear feedback. Each assignment includes AI-generated prompts/responses and sample Livewire code snippets to evaluate.

• Review AI-generated Livewire code for correctness, potential bugs, missing context, security issues, and performance concerns.
• Assess AI explanations for clarity and accuracy; suggest precise rewrites or improvements.
• Conduct structured interviews using provided prompts: greet candidates, ask technical and scenario questions, evaluate answers, and close professionally.
• Produce concise interview notes and written code-review comments that are actionable and teachable.

Requirements

The project requires strong, hands-on Laravel Livewire experience and excellent English writing skills to provide clear, structured feedback and interview notes.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and Livewire components, lifecycle, and best practices (explicit requirement).
• Proven experience performing code reviews, debugging, or creating developer documentation is a strong plus.
• Excellent written English: you will write review comments, candidate evaluations, and improved AI responses.
• Comfort conducting technical interviews in a professional, conversational tone and following a supplied interview structure.
