The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking Kotlin Programmers for a long-term AI training project. You will create Kotlin code snippets and short programs from specific prompts, debug code produced by AI, and help develop accurate training datasets.

Requirements
Applicants should have professional software development experience with a strong focus on Kotlin, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code. A Kotlin coding assessment will be sent after you submit your proposal.
A stable internet connection and reliable electricity are required for consistent remote work. Applicants with less than two years of Kotlin experience may receive a proposal qualification score below 7.
At least two years of professional Kotlin development experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Kotlin code
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to work well in a remote team environment
