Why AI Training Work Matters
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human contribution behind every major AI system: people provide the examples, recordings, and judgments that models learn from. Voice recordings are crucial for building natural, expressive speech and language models.
These roles are often remote and flexible, making them great part-time opportunities for performers who want to work around other commitments while contributing to cutting-edge technology.

You will deliver clear, emotionally appropriate performances, follow direction, and revise takes based on feedback. The position typically requires 20+ hours per week and is paid per project based on experience and scope.
