AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human work that helps models learn from examples. This role focuses on financial document review: you’ll read reports, presentations, and other documents and judge AI-generated content against professional standards.

Your clear, evidence-based reviews will be used to improve model accuracy, compliance, and reliability in finance-related tasks.

The role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Financial Document Review Specialist (Korean) to evaluate model outputs and review source financial materials. This is part-time, remote contractor work estimated at about 20 hours per week for 1–3 months with flexible scheduling.

• Data type: Documents (financial reports, presentations, disclosures).
• Labeling task: Evaluation / rating of AI outputs against rubrics.

What you’ll do

You will apply project rubrics to judge AI-generated content, document evidence for your decisions, and explain judgments clearly so model behavior can be improved. Consistency and careful attention to guidelines are essential.

• Evaluate AI outputs against source materials and project guidelines.
• Apply rating rubrics and record evidence-based judgments.
• Explain decisions in clear Korean so reviewers and model trainers can act on feedback.
• Maintain high-quality, consistent reviews across repeated tasks.

Requirements

This role emphasizes domain knowledge and language fluency. Prior AI training experience is not required unless stated elsewhere on the job page, but you must be comfortable following detailed instructions and working independently as a remote contractor.

• Native-level Korean fluency required (reading and written communication).
• Professional, academic, or practical background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills for reviewing and annotating documents.
• Ability to assess AI-generated financial content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply rubrics consistently.

Schedule, pay, and earnings

This is estimated at about 20+ hours per week for 1–3 months with flexible scheduling to fit your availability. Work remotely from anywhere.

• Pay: $10–$55 per hour (PAY_PER_HOUR, USD).
• Estimated project earnings: $1,600–$8,800 based on hours and duration.
• Part-time contractor engagement—set your hours within project guidelines.
