About AI Response Evaluation Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Contributors review model outputs, compare answers, write examples, and provide structured judgments that help AI systems become more accurate, clear, useful, and culturally appropriate.
This work is remote and often flexible, making it a strong fit for specialists who want to apply language, editorial, translation, or subject-matter expertise to cutting-edge AI development.
The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an intermediate Japanese AI Response Evaluation Specialist to assess AI-generated content and create high-quality training material. You will evaluate reasoning quality, fact-check information, compare model outputs, and write explanations or model solutions that demonstrate accurate methods.
Japanese localization expertise is central to the role. You will help preserve Japan-specific terminology, tone, cultural nuance, units, names, dates, and references while checking content for accuracy, consistency, and potential bias.
