The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Investor Materials AI Evaluator to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in fundraising and pitchbook contexts. You will apply subject-matter expertise and domain-specific quality rubrics to assess accuracy, factual content, aesthetics, presentation quality, and overall rigor.

The role combines investor materials expertise with consistent evaluation and clear written communication. Although the opportunity is categorized as entry level, the requirements call for at least five years of relevant professional experience.

What You'll Do

You will evaluate AI-generated investor materials against relevant quality rubrics and make expert judgments about the strengths and weaknesses of each work product. Your feedback will help improve the quality of AI-generated materials used in professional fundraising and investor communications.

• Review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and domain quality
• Assess factual accuracy, rigor, aesthetics, and presentation effectiveness
• Identify factual errors and issues with visual quality or presentation
• Grade AI-generated outputs using consistent expert judgment
• Provide clear, structured written feedback on each work product

Requirements

This opportunity is designed for professionals with substantial experience creating or reviewing investor-facing materials. You should be able to evaluate both the substance and presentation of fundraising documents while explaining your decisions in precise, structured written feedback.

• At least five years of professional experience with investor materials, fundraising materials, or pitchbooks
• Ability to assess AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual accuracy and domain rigor
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong working knowledge of Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Ability to assess visual quality and presentation effectiveness
• Native or professional fluency in English
• Ability to provide clear, structured written feedback
• An advanced degree, such as a master's degree or higher from a reputable institution, is preferred

Schedule, Pay, and Eligibility

This is a part-time contractor opportunity requiring 20 or more hours per week. Payment is hourly in USD, with a listed range of $80 to $120 per hour and a rate of $120 per hour.
