Why AI training and this work matter
AI models learn from carefully prepared human examples: annotated text, reviewed outputs, and expert feedback. Contributors shape how AI systems understand professional language, company policies, and workplace scenarios—making this work both impactful and at the cutting edge of the industry.
The role
We are hiring an HR Documents Review Specialist who will create, refine, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and related documentation in Korean and English. Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in Korean and English.
Improve clarity, consistency, and legal-readiness of existing HR materials.
Produce polished documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Provide clear written and verbal feedback on drafts and model outputs to support AI training (response writing and rating).
Contribute practical HR insights drawn from Fortune 500–level experience into training tasks.
Requirements
You must already have the following qualifications and experience; we cannot accept applicants who do not meet these criteria.
Native-level Korean writing and editing for professional HR materials.
Strong professional English communication (written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
Hands-on HR experience from working in or supporting Fortune 500 or similar organizations.
Expert-level Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong attention to detail and proven high-quality written communication.
Schedule, location, and compensation
This is remote contractor work, offered part-time. We prefer candidates based in the United States but accept qualified contributors worldwide. The role requires 20+ hours per week and pays hourly between $10 and $55.
