The AI training opportunity

AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building intelligent systems: people review, rate, and improve model outputs so tools produce accurate, useful results. This role focuses on business-document outputs — a high-impact area because these documents power decisions across companies.

The role

As a Business Document Review Specialist (Korean), you will evaluate AI-generated business deliverables and test them in realistic scenarios using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Your assessments will judge clarity, structure, accuracy, and professional presentation, and your feedback will help shape AI-driven productivity tools.

This is a contractor, part-time position requiring 20+ hours per week. You must be fluent in Korean and comfortable across common business domains including finance, strategy, marketing, operations, sales, and HR.

What you'll do

• Review AI-generated business documents for clarity, precision, structure, and professional quality.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to execute realistic business tasks and scenario tests.
• Evaluate outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, sales, and HR.
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback and flag recurring issues or failure modes.
• Recommend improvements to increase business usefulness and presentation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or similar business functions.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for testing and validating outputs.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Korean fluency required (reading and writing).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or ability to learn them quickly.

Helpful background

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Prior work in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or advanced degree, plus experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables.

Compensation & work style

Pay: $30–$70 USD per hour, paid per hour. This role is remote and open worldwide.

Employment type: Contractor, Part-time. Typical commitment: 20+ hours per week. You’ll work independently and manage priorities across business tasks and fast-moving projects.
