Role Overview

We’re hiring a Hindi Voice Coach to lead remote one-on-one and group coaching that improves pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency. You will review and work with audio recordings, design exercises, and provide detailed feedback to learners.

This is a contractor, part-time role for under 20 hours per week. Pay is hourly (USD) with a posted range of $30–$65/hr; the role involves audio work and uses AUDIO_RECORDING data.

What You’ll Do

You will coach learners to improve Hindi speech and fluency, evaluate recordings, create targeted exercises, and track progress over time. Expect to deliver constructive, actionable feedback and adapt your approach for each learner’s needs.

• Coach learners in Hindi pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency.
• Assess speech patterns and tailor coaching strategies to individuals.
• Design and deliver interactive exercises that support measurable progress.
• Provide clear, constructive written and verbal feedback after sessions.
• Review and annotate audio recordings to identify patterns and errors.
• Track learner progress and refine coaching methods over time.
• Collaborate with the OpenTrain team to improve the learning experience.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate strong Hindi speaking and writing ability, experience coaching voice or accent work, and comfort delivering remote feedback. The role suits entry-level coaches who can motivate varied learners and use digital tools for virtual sessions.

• Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Hindi (required).
• Experience coaching voice, accent, or language fluency in remote settings.
• Ability to assess pronunciation, intonation, and speech patterns accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Comfort using digital tools for virtual coaching and audio review.
• Background in linguistics, voice coaching, instructional design, or e-learning is a plus.
