The role: Hindi Small Business AI Response Evaluator

You will create realistic Hindi prompts based on small business goals, interact with AI chatbots across short conversations, compare answers, and submit structured evaluations. Tasks are text-focused and centered on judging clarity, usefulness, and accuracy within practical business contexts.

This is a contract, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week. Work is open worldwide, but fluency in Hindi and comfort with Hindi business documents are required.

• Label types: RLHF and evaluation rating for text responses.
• Work with up to five chatbot turns per conversation and provide conversation transcripts and final assessments.

What you'll do day-to-day

You will follow structured guidelines to produce, review, and compare short AI-driven business conversations in Hindi. Accuracy, practical judgment, and clear written feedback are key to this role.

• Write realistic prompts that reflect defined small business goals and customer scenarios in Hindi.
• Interact with chatbots and compare responses across up to five turns per conversation.
• Judge answers for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy and rate them according to provided rubrics.
• Submit structured feedback, conversation transcripts, and final evaluation results.
• Work with business-related inputs such as spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and documents in Hindi when required.

Requirements

You must meet the core role requirements and be comfortable following detailed evaluation guidelines. OpenTrain provides the instructions and rating rubrics you'll use.

• Fluency in Hindi for reading and writing business documents.
• Strong understanding of small business operations or direct business ownership experience.
• Critical thinking and analytical judgment for comparing model responses.
• Comfort using AI tools and following structured evaluation guidelines.
• Ability to work 20+ hours per week as a contractor (part-time).

Helpful background and skills

• Experience with business analysis, customer interactions, or financial planning.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other common business inputs.
• Prior experience rating or annotating model outputs (RLHF) is a plus.
