The role

As a Hindi Audio Engineer you will produce polished Hindi audio assets and perform quality reviews used to train and evaluate AI systems. You will support projects from pre-production through post-production, collaborate with translators and voice artists, and maintain organized project files and documentation.

The role emphasizes clarity, language accuracy, consistent audio quality, technical troubleshooting, and delivering professional results on tight deadlines.

What you will do

• Edit, mix, and master Hindi audio content to professional quality standards.
• Check language accuracy, pronunciation, dialect consistency, and artistic integrity.
• Perform evaluation ratings and quality reviews on recorded audio.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement creative solutions under deadline pressure.
• Organize digital audio files, session templates, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with translators, voice artists, and project stakeholders across the workflow.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Hindi fluency, with strong pronunciation and dialect awareness.
• Professional audio engineering experience, ideally with Hindi-language content.
• Proven ability to edit, mix, and master audio for clarity and consistency.
• Familiarity with voice-over, dubbing, or localization workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a good ear for audio quality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication for multicultural collaboration.

Helpful background (preferred)

• Experience in voice-over production, dubbing, or Hindi localization.
• Previous work with international or remote teams and distributed workflows.
• Formal education or certifications in audio engineering or related fields.

Schedule, pay, and logistics

This is a contract, part-time role requiring 20+ hours per week. Work is 100% remote and open worldwide.

Compensation is pay-per-hour at USD $20–$30/hour. Labeling work includes audio recording tasks and evaluation/rating duties. Specific tools and session access will be provided per project; no particular software is mandated in the posting.
